WELCOME

“We travel beneath uncertain stars, not by maps but memory—learning to listen, to trust quiet glow over distant noise. Therapy teaches us to name what guides us, to walk with breath and bravery toward the light within, and to remember: the journey itself is the wisdom.”

My approach

Heidi Vial Social Work Brunswick Heads

Healing moves like the ocean - sometimes crashing, sometimes calm always returning"

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. With over twenty years of experience as a Social Worker—and as a trained yoga teacher and massage therapist—I bring deep compassion and care to the work I do. I’ve dedicated my career to walking alongside people during times of challenge, change, and self-discovery. I believe psychotherapy is a collaborative journey—an invitation to work through the experiences that shape us and connect more deeply with ourselves.

Talking about the hard stuff takes courage. Change can feel messy, uncertain, and slow. I celebrate the steps we take to understand the more tender, complex sides of ourselves—and I’m here to support you through that process of healing, growth, and transformation.

The space I offer is safe, relaxed, and centered around you. Therapy isn’t about being “fixed”—it’s about learning, feeling, and discovering how to move forward with clarity, confidence, and greater connection to who you are.

I acknowledge the Bundjalung people of the land on which I live, work, and create. I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.

I recognise their enduring connection to Country, culture, and community, and honour the wisdom and stories that have been shared across generations.
